說明
一般描述
Sabouraud Glucose Agar + LTH in 90 mm settle plate is designed for the detection of yeasts ａnd molds in the air via active or passive air monitoring as well as fingerprints of personnel in controlled environments in the presence of disinfectant residues. Sabouraud Glucose Medium contains digests of animal tissues (peptones), which provide a nutritious source of amino acids ａnd nitrogenous compounds for the growth of fungi ａnd yeasts. Glucose (4%) is added as the energy ａnd carbon source. The low pH favors fungal growth ａnd inhibits contaminating bacteria from samples. Additionally, the medium is supplemented with neutralizers such as lecithin, polysorbate (Tween®) 80, ａnd histidine to inactivate disinfectant residues.
