HiCrome OGYE 瓊脂基礎(chǔ)是一種選擇性鑒別培養(yǎng)基，用于快速分離牛奶和乳制品中的酵母和霉菌[1]。土霉素通過抑制乳酸菌的生長使培養(yǎng)基更具選擇性。黑曲霉因顯色混合物的存在表現(xiàn)為具有黑色孢子的淡藍(lán)色菌落，白色念珠菌表現(xiàn)為綠色菌落，而釀酒酵母則產(chǎn)生無色菌落。
制備說明
Suspend 18.55 g in 500 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilise by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 min. Cool to 50°C ａnd aseptically add reconstituted contents of one vial of Oxytetra Selective Supplement (Cat. No. 51239). Mix well ａnd pour into sterile petri plates.
