一般描述
Tryptic Soy Contact Agar + LTH is designed for the determination of the total aerobic microbial ｃount on dry, sanitized surfaces ａnd personnel in the non-critical area.
TSA medium is used for the cultivation ａnd isolation of a wide range of bacteria, yeasts, ａnd molds. The formulation contains a combination of casein ａnd soy peptones supplying organic nitrogen, particularly amino acids ａnd longer-chained peptides. Sodium chloride maintains the osmotic equilibrium. The medium is also supplemented with neutralizers such as lecithin, polysorbate (Tween®) 80, ａnd histidine to inactivate disinfectant residues.
