李斯特菌動(dòng)力培養(yǎng)基是一種半固體培養(yǎng)基，由 ISO 委員會(huì)建議用于測(cè)試單核細(xì)胞增多性李斯特菌的動(dòng)力性。
制備說(shuō)明
Suspend 29.6 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense in tubes ａnd sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Allow the medium to cool in an upright position.

We offer two media types: the superior granulated GranuCult® ａnd the cost-efficient powdered NutriSelect® culture media, depending on your needs.
The designations basic, plus, or prime are added to indicate the quality control level, from basic quality control to standard QC plus to prime for full regulatory compliance.
