本品用于通過膜過濾技術(shù)快速計數(shù)克雷伯氏菌。不含動物源物質(zhì)。
制備說明
Suspend 49.6 g in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Add 10 ml of a 1 % solution of rosolic acid (Cat. No. 83910) in 0.2 N NaOH. Cool below 45°C ａnd add 50 mg carbenicillin (Cat. No. 21800). Mix well ａnd pour into sterile petri plates.
