本品用于通過(guò)結(jié)合顯色和熒光底物，根據(jù)水樣中的酶底物反應(yīng)檢測(cè)和確認(rèn)大腸桿菌和大腸菌群。
制備說(shuō)明
Suspend 16.0 g (single strength) or 32.0 g (double strength) in 1 litre distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense as desired ａnd sterilize by autoclaving at 1 bar pressure (121 °C) for 15 minutes.
