說明
一般描述
Chocolate Agar + LTH – SDV is a ready-to-use universal blood-containing culture medium for enrichment ａnd isolation of fastidious bacteria, yeast, ａnd molds. This medium is suitable for the detection of aerobic as well as anaerobic microorganisms. It is characterized by a rich nutritive basis. Dextrose is a source of carbon ａnd energy. In addition, the growth supplements haemin ａnd NAD are released from the sheep blood erythrocytes during heating. These components provide good growth conditions for fastidious aerobic ａnd anaerobic microorganisms. The medium is supplemented with neutralizers such as lecithin, polysorbate (Tween®) 80, ａnd histidine to efficiently neutralize disinfectants.

Chocolate Agar + LTH in 90 mm settle plates is designed for the enumeration of the total aerobic microbial ｃount in air via active or passive air monitoring as well as fingerprints of personnel in Isolators ａnd Clean Rooms.
