for the isolation ａnd characterization of nutrional mutants of Escherichia coli
制備說明
Suspend 26.6 g in 1000 ml of distilled water. Bring to the boil ａnd dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Mix well ａnd pour into sterile petri dishes or dispense as desired.
