推薦用于培養(yǎng)和維持厭氧放線菌菌種的生長(zhǎng)。Vegitone 系列培養(yǎng)基不含任何動(dòng)物源性物質(zhì)。
制備說(shuō)明
Suspend 57.22 g in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Distribute into tubes or flasks. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
