一般描述
XLT-4 Agar Supplement contains sodiumtetradecylsulfate solution (26-28 %). It is a surfactant that inhibits thegrowth of accompanying flora ａnd is used during the preparation of XLT-4 AgarBase to isolate ａnd identify pathogenic Enterobacteriaceae.
應用
XLT-4 Agar Supplement is an additive used during the preparation of XLT-4 Agar Base for the isolation ａnd identification of pathogenic Enterobacteriaceae, especially Salmonella spp.
