應(yīng)用
HiCrome™ 克雷伯氏菌選擇性瓊脂用于水和其他來(lái)源中克雷伯氏菌的選擇性分離和方便檢測(cè)。本品還可用于膜過(guò)濾步驟。
制備說(shuō)明
Suspend 20.4 g in 500 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool to 45-50°C ａnd aseptically add the rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Klebsiella Selective Supplement (Cat. No. 15821). Mix well ａnd pour into sterile petri plates.
