HiCrome™ 芽孢桿菌瓊脂是一種鑒別培養(yǎng)基，建議用于通過顯色法快速鑒定混合培養(yǎng)物中的芽孢桿菌。
制備說明
Suspend 49.2 g in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool to 45-50°C ａnd aseptically add the rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Polymyxin B Selektiv-Supplement (Cat. No. P9602) if desired. Mix well ａnd pour into sterile petri plates.
