一般描述
Differential ID Membrane is a substrate-carrying ID membrane used for rapid identification ａnd differentiation of lactose fermenting ａnd lactose non-fermenting enteric bacteria through characteristic color reactions. The membranes contain chromogenic substrates, which serve as the basis for microbe differentiation by color. The principle is based on a specific substrate enzyme reaction in which specific lactose fermenting organisms will exhibit dark pink color.
應用
Differential ID Membrane is used for rapid detection & confirmation of lactose fermenting ａnd lactose non-fermenting enteric bacteria in water ａnd food samples. They find their application in various sectors such as the food ａnd dairy industry, water industry, pharmaceutical laboratory testing, cosmetic industry, environmental ａnd sanitary testing, clinical diagnostic, etc.
