一般描述
Bacillus ID Membranes are substrate-carrying ID membranes used for rapid identification ａnd differentiation of Bacillus sp. through characteristic color reactions. The membranes contain chromogenic substrates, which serve as the basis for microbe differentiation by color. The principle is based on a specific enzyme-substrate reaction in which Bacillus sp. will form green-colored colonies.

Bacillus ID Membrane is used for rapid detection, confirmation, ａnd differentiation of various species of Bacillus such as B. subtilis, B. cereus, B. thuringiensis, B. megaterium, B. coagulans, B. pumilus in food, meat, fish samples. They find their application in various sectors such as the food ａnd dairy industry, water industry, pharmaceutical laboratory testing, cosmetic industry, environmental ａnd sanitary testing, clinical diagnostic, etc.
