說明
一般描述
Tributyrin-Strips is a differential diagnostic test strip used to differentiate between Branhamella ａnd Neisseria species. The test principle is based on the enzyme hydrolysis of tributyrin. Tributyrin is a simple triglyceride occurring in natural fats ａnd oils. It is hydrolyzed by some microorganisms that do not hydrolyze other triglycerides or fats containing longer chain fatty acids. Tributyrin degradation by microorganisms is indicated by the color change of the acid basic indicator from red to yellow. The result of the reaction is read after 18-20 h.
應(yīng)用
Tributyrin-Strips are used to differentiate between Branhamella ａnd Neisseria species in water ａnd food samples. They find their application in various sectors such as the food ａnd dairy industry, water industry, pharmaceutical laboratory testing, cosmetic industry, environmental ａnd sanitary testing, clinical diagnostic, etc.
