應(yīng)用
按照美國(guó)石油學(xué)會(huì)操作規(guī)程建議用于檢測(cè)和評(píng)估硫酸鹽還原菌。這些細(xì)菌可在該培養(yǎng)基中生長(zhǎng)，并將硫酸鹽還原為硫化物。
制備說(shuō)明
Suspend 25.4 g in 1000 ml of purified water. Add 4 ml of sodium lactate (Cat. No. 71718; 60% in water). Heat with frequent agitation to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense, preferably in screw-capped tubes in 9 ml amounts. Sterilize at 121°C for 10 minutes. Close the caps immediately while the medium is still hot.
