說(shuō)明
應(yīng)用
用于培養(yǎng)和計(jì)數(shù)硫酸鹽還原菌，如排硫桿菌。作為添加劑，需要 10g/L 硫代硫酸鈉 (Fluka® 72049)。
制備說(shuō)明
Suspend 2.32 g in 1 litre distilled water ａnd add 10 g of sodium thiosulfate (Cat. No. 72049). Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
