| 體外活性 | PROTACs consist of a pair of dissimilar ligands joined by a linker, where one ligand targets an E3 ubiquitin ligase, ａnd the other ligand targets the specific protein of interest. PROTACs leverage the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to preferentially induce the degradation of target proteins. ADCs are constructed by attaching an ADC cytotoxin to an antibody using an ADC linker.[1] |
