STM Vertical Mill is a high efficiency and low consumption mill, designed by our numbers engineers, for solving the problem of high energy consumption in mill industry. It adopts new grinding principle, reasonable structure, strong bearing alloy materials and absorbs lots of technical essence of mill, all indicators of our mill are better than that of the traditional mill greatly. Especially, it is very good for crushing high hardness and hardworking materials and it can work under dry or wet condition. Our machine has these characteristics: small metal worn, little dust, simple and firm structure, and easy maintenance. It is a revolutionary technical changing in mill industry. 適用范圍Application:
該機(jī)是一種高效節(jié)能、用途廣泛的新型粉磨設(shè)備。廣泛應(yīng)用于建材、化工、冶金、礦山、鋼鐵、電力等行業(yè)。主要用于將塊狀物料磨成粗粉(細(xì)粉、細(xì)砂與中砂組成的混合物),例如水泥(生熟料)、石英、長石、方解石、石膏、石灰石、白云石、磷礦石、煤、煤矸石、礦渣、鋯英砂、滑石、花崗巖、鉀長石、大理石、重晶石、陶瓷、玻璃等莫氏硬度9.5級以下的高、中、低硬度物料。
Our machine is high efficiency and low consumption. It is widely used in: building, chemical, chemical fertilizer, metallurgy, mining, nonmetal, abrasive, bearing materials, ceramic, steel, thermal power, bricks & tiles, coal industry, etc. It can grind lump materials into coarse powder (here coarse powder means the mixer of fineness powder, fineness sand, and medium sand.). There are thousands of materials which can be grinded by our equipment, and here are some of them and they are just for you consultation. They are cement (raw meal and cement clinker), quartz, feldspar, calcite, gypsum, limestone, dolomite, graphite, fluorite, aedelforsite, phosphate ore, fused calcium magnesium phosphate,
carbamide, electrolytic manganese metal, ferromanganese, coal, gangue, slag, zirconium, steatite, granite, orthoclase, marble, barites, ceramics, glass, etc. All the materials whose moth’s hardness is under 9.5 grades can be grinded.
工作原理Working Principle:
安裝在主機(jī)頂部的減速機(jī),通過聯(lián)軸器連接中心軸旋轉(zhuǎn),中心軸帶動磨輥吊架旋轉(zhuǎn),磨輥裝在吊架上沿磨環(huán)內(nèi)周一起滾動。物料從機(jī)器上部側(cè)面進(jìn)料斗進(jìn)入,分兩路散落在同中心軸一起旋轉(zhuǎn)的散料盤上,沿圓周通道均勻送入磨環(huán)和磨輥之間,被磨輥碾壓碎后從下部排料口排出。
The speed reducer upper installed on the main machine makes central axis rotate through shaft coupling, and roller hanger rotates with central axis, and rollers on the hanger roll around the inside of ring. The materials come into inlet from upper side of machine, and they fall down onto the dispersing materials plate rotating with central axis in two ways, then the materials are sent into passage between rollers and rings, after they are grinded into pieces, they are discharged from the down lip.

1、設(shè)計新穎、結(jié)構(gòu)合理。STM立磨采用了中速中壓反復(fù)碾壓的原理,合理設(shè)計,物料自上而下自由落入,粉磨高硬度、難加工材料時磨輥磨環(huán)上、中、下部獲得同等程度磨損,產(chǎn)量比較均勻。巧妙設(shè)計,使得螺栓、鐵塊等非可磨性物料的進(jìn)入不會對機(jī)器造成損害。STM立磨不需要配備其它旋風(fēng)分離器和管道,占地空間小。
1. New design and reasonable structure. Our mill adopts medium speed and pressure, and repeated planishing principle, and its design is reasonable. The materials fall down by gravity. The materials are high strength and hardworking, while all the parts of rollers and ring will be worn evenly and capacity is compared evenly too. Because of ingenious design, when the ungrindable materials such as bolts or pig iron come into machine, they are not harmful to the machine. It is unnecessary to equip with cyclone and pipes, so it takes up small space.
2、經(jīng)過STM立磨處理后的物料物理性質(zhì)得到改變,物料的易磨性能顯著提高。該機(jī)所粉磨出的物料呈不規(guī)則的多菱形,且內(nèi)部晶格已經(jīng)破壞、組織結(jié)構(gòu)松散,出磨物料大小顆粒均有微裂痕。這樣的物料進(jìn)行二次研磨時,減少了其破碎負(fù)擔(dān),功能已趨向于碾磨,因此,可以大大提高二次粉磨的產(chǎn)量。
2. After grinded by STM Vertical Mill, physical characteristic is changed and their grindable characteristic is improved greatly. The grinded materials become irregular multiple-unit, and their inside lattice are already broken, the structure of the organization is loose, and the final sizes all have haircuts. Thus, when the materials are grinded for the second time, the machine is mainly doing grinding work not crushing work, so the capacity of second grind is improved greatly.
3、STM立磨粉磨出的物料破碎比大,細(xì)粉含量高。大顆粒物料入STM立磨時,通過磨輥和襯板的凹凸齒,進(jìn)行了軋臼式的粉碎而成細(xì)粒,掉入磨輥與襯板之間,形成料層。在彈簧裝置的壓力下,磨輥在料層上作數(shù)十次柔性擠壓使物料成粉末,粉磨效果十分理想。產(chǎn)品的細(xì)度可調(diào)節(jié),除了能產(chǎn)生大量小于100目的細(xì)粉外,還使物料顆粒受到多次碾壓而產(chǎn)生大量微裂痕,且顆粒粒徑可控制在3mm以下,更易于二次粉磨。
3. The crushing ratio of final products of STM Vertical Mill is large and fineness sizes share is large too. When the large materials come into STM Vertical Mill, and through sculptured roller and plate, they are grinded into fineness size by rolling crush, and then they fall down into space between roller and plate, and form a material bed. Under the spring device’s pressure, rollers do numbers flexible extrusion to material bed and make them become fineness, and the result is very ideal. The fineness of final products can be adjustable. Other than producing large quantity fineness which is smaller than 100 meshes, this mill also can make materials have large haircuts by numbers of grinded. The max final size is below 3mm, and it is easy for second time grind.
4、STM立磨易損件使用壽命長,維修量少。傳統(tǒng)粉磨類設(shè)備,靠高速旋轉(zhuǎn)對物料進(jìn)行強(qiáng)行剪切,易損件之間直接碰撞,造成易損件磨損快、消耗高、揚(yáng)塵大,以致于調(diào)節(jié)、維修頻繁,影響正常生產(chǎn)。STM立磨對物料的碾壓是料層的擠壓,磨輥既公轉(zhuǎn)又自轉(zhuǎn),避免了磨輥與襯板之間的直接碰撞,既提高了易損件壽命又限度地減少了物料加工過程中機(jī)械對加工粉體的污染。
4. Long service life of easy worn parts and little maintenance. The traditional grinding equipments depend on high speed rotation to do forcing crush to materials, and the connection between easy worn parts is direct, so consumption of these parts is fast and high, and large quantity dust, thus adjustment and maintenance is frequent, and the normal production will not be influenced. This mill’s grind is grinding to material bed, and roller does both revolution and rotation, thus this avoids direct collision between rollers and the plate. This is not only improving service life of easy worn parts, but also reducing pollution to materials greatly in the grinding process.
5、STM立磨機(jī)械性能良好、操作簡單、維護(hù)便利、能耗少、運(yùn)行成本低、干濕法均可生產(chǎn)。STM立磨設(shè)計合理,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,安裝簡單方便,可節(jié)省土建投資;而且噪音低,揚(yáng)塵少,具有很好的環(huán)保效果。
