本產(chǎn)品主要應(yīng)用于hdpe，pp工程塑料注塑制品，使制品表皮光潔，無凹凸痕，改善注塑件由于冷卻造成收縮不均勻的問題，減少收縮變形，提高尺寸穩(wěn)定性，尤其是針對高精度塑料制品有顯著作用。可通做成產(chǎn)品后產(chǎn)品拿去130高溫烘半小時不變型，不收縮。目前市場上很多注塑廠家在注塑產(chǎn)品時，成型時產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)不同程度收縮，從而影響制品品質(zhì)。對注塑不是很了解的人都知道這是模具的問題或是原料收縮率大的問題。因為模具復(fù)雜，注塑壓力在模腔內(nèi)必然會減少，在復(fù)雜型腔內(nèi)由于壓力不夠加上物料冷卻時的收縮，必定會使制品出現(xiàn)縮水、收縮變形等問題。如果這時去改模具，另開一套模的成本也很大，況且開了模后也不知能不能解決問題。添加防收縮劑，利用它在注塑型腔內(nèi)膨脹就可以解決縮水、收縮難題。傳統(tǒng)收縮劑雖起到抗收縮作用，但制品表面起花紋，影響觀感，我司防收縮劑不但能起到抗收縮的作用，而且不影響制品表面光潔度，不影響制品其他物理性能。
應(yīng)用特點：
1.與樹脂相容好，降低分子間摩擦力，縮短生產(chǎn)周期成品率高。
2. 根據(jù)塑料制品的厚度來調(diào)整用量，方能發(fā)揮*佳效果，一般添加量在2%-4%。
3. 本品不影響塑料制品的各種物性指標，同時對顏色亦無影響,表皮光潔。
