解決如何提高PE擠出管材的表面光亮度,平滑度?
管材生產(chǎn)中常遇到的問題:管材內(nèi)外表面毛糙----擠出不穩(wěn)定、制品帶有焦粒,變色----擠出溫度過高、管材起皺----擠出不穩(wěn)定、管壁厚度不均----口模各點溫度不均、管材口徑大小不同、制品帶有雜質(zhì)----料溫過高。
BP51(是以含氟聚合物為基礎結構的加工助劑),它能幫助您改善聚合物的加工性能。專用于PE管材、鋼絲管材的光亮母粒。

提高產(chǎn)品的透明度和光滑度和光亮度,降低廢品率,減少加工過程中所產(chǎn)生的晶點,消除凝膠,提高管材表面的平滑度,提高薄膜的熱封和印刷質(zhì)量

(7)為產(chǎn)品帶來卓越的外觀和成本優(yōu)勢。 使用參考聚乙烯BP51母?砂床煌壤途垡蚁渲旌希苯舆m用于擠出薄膜、擠出管材、擠出電線電纜等聚乙烯制品的加工中。在正常生產(chǎn)的情況下母粒的添加量為0.5%~1%,可使擠出制品表面質(zhì)量有明顯的改善。在使用的初期,添加量要適當?shù)拇簏c(比如1.2%左右),有效果后再將添加量降到正常添加量。 包裝儲存母粒采用雙層包裝,內(nèi)層為防水防潮聚乙烯薄膜袋,外層為紙塑復合袋,標準包裝25公斤/袋,在運輸過程中需防污、防水、防潮、防破損。
