LMP系列擺線液壓馬達
結構特點
LMP馬達是一種體積較小的軸配流馬達。其特點：
•的配流軸和定轉子設計，體積小、結構緊湊。
•可靠的軸密封設計，能承受高背壓，可以串并聯(lián)使用。
•正反轉換向方便、轉速平穩(wěn)。
•效率高且經(jīng)濟，適用于中等載荷的場合。

LMP motor is a small volume, spool valve type gerolor motor.
Characteristic features：
•Advanced design of spool ａnd gerolor, which has Small size ａnd compact structure.
•Credible design of shaft seal, which can bear high pressure ａnd be used in parallel or in series.
•Direction of shaft rotation ａnd speed can be controlled easily ａnd smoothly.
•Best combination of efficiency ａnd economy in medium duty applications.

主要性能參數(shù) Main Specification
1.斷續(xù)指入口壓力，連續(xù)工作壓力指工作壓差。
2.馬達不應同時在壓力和轉速下工作。
3.馬達在斷續(xù)工作條件下，運行時間應不超過10%。
4.工作溫度80°。
5.馬達允許背壓10MPa，但建議使用背壓不要超過5MPa，超過時應接外泄油管。
6.馬達滿負荷工作前，建議在工作壓力的40%以下磨合1小時。
7.推薦用68#抗磨液壓油，粘度37-73cSt，清潔度ISO18/13.
Note: 1. Intermittent means the entrance of the maximum pressure; continuous working pressure means the differential pressure
2. Motor should not work under the highest pressure ａnd the maximum speed
3. The running time should not exceed 10% under intermittent working conditions
4. The Maximum working temperature is 80 °
5. The maximum allowable back pressure is 10MPa, but the recommended back pressure should not exceed 5MPa.a leaking pipes is needed when exceeding
6. one hour running time under 40% of maximum working pressure is recommended before full capacity working.
7. Recommending N68 anti-wear hydraulic oil, viscosity 37-73cSt, cleanliness ISO18/13.
