885450有兩種杵，1、玻璃材質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的杵適合勻漿肌肉、心臟、肺；PTFE材質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的適合肺和腦的勻漿。885500是也有兩種杵，玻璃杵適合結(jié)締組織，PTFE杵適合軟組織（soft tissues)。
885450研磨面比885500大，所以研磨效率更高；

杵與圓錐和圓柱表面緊密地配合使組織減少產(chǎn)生一個均勻的勻漿。使用此裝置使磨削效率大大提高。
