金屬松套式伸縮接頭

采用金屬鑄造或焊接組成，松套部位選用梯形圓環(huán)橡膠密封圈，在壓蓋和螺栓的作用下，利用橡膠的壓縮彈性變形原理，迫使密封圈變形于接頭本體接頭本體伸縮管外壁之間進(jìn)行靜密封，金屬和密封圈嚴(yán)格按使用性能及用戶要求選用，材質(zhì)外部涂裝高強度防腐漆料，各部連接螺栓為高強度碳鋼或不銹鋼制作，因為本體與伸縮管之間有一定間隙，使它具有一定的軸向和徑向位移，在管道中能有效的補償和緩解管道盲板推力，又能便于水泵，閥門的安裝維修和更換，實為管道安裝及運行*為理想的配套產(chǎn)品。

The product is manufactured through welding or metal casting, ａnd the loosing part is sealed by echelon ring rubber. Operated by gland ａnd bolt ａnd based on the principle of rubber’s elastic deformation under pressure,the seal ring will be deformed ａnd static seal will be done between joint body ａnd expansion pipe wall. According to clients demand ａnd product performance ,metal ａnd seal ring mate-rials will be selected strictly. High –strength antifouling paint is painted outside ａnd the joint bolt is made of high-strength carbon steel or stainless steel. Since there is some space between body ａnd expansion., so axes ａnd radial displacement will appear. Inside pipes, it becomes available to compensate ａnd release pipe blind plate propulsion ａnd makes it easy to maintain ａnd change pump ａnd valve. Therefore , it is an ideal matching product for pipes’ instal-lation ａnd operation.

Applicable Scope

The metal product is functioned with pull ａnd pressure resistance ａnd excellent seal performance ａnd easy installation.
