行車電纜應(yīng)用安裝范圍
該電纜采用特殊結(jié)構(gòu)，可作為動力及控制電纜安裝在軌道，起重機，行車、物流輸送等場合。
Applications:
As connecting ａnd control cable for cranes ａnd conveyors,it is suitable for the places of railway stations,crane ａnd other related situations.
It is suitable as a control ａnd connection cable for canes ａnd conveyors on building sites,container goods railway stations ａnd dockyards where operating conditions are rough.

我公司生產(chǎn)的行車電纜采用新型耐油柔性專用外護套，可在-15℃低溫下仍保持柔軟，阻燃

properties:
Conductor:superfine copper strands acc.to VDE 0295,class 5
Insulation:mixed pvc,resistant to lil,flane resistance ａnd self-extinguishing
Colour:acc.to 227 IEC （brown,blue,black,green/yellow） 5 cores or more     with black number with white digital coding
Sheath:Butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber;resistant to lil,flame retardant     ａnd self-extinguishing;
Colour:black（RAS9005）or Grey（RAL7001）.
Standard:acc.to VDE 0482,part 265-2-1 resp.EN50265-2-1 ａnd IEC 60332-1.
電纜結(jié)構(gòu)
導(dǎo)體：多股精絞無氧銅絲，符合VDE0295CLASS 5 標準
絕緣：特殊耐油、阻燃、混合PVC絕緣
顏色：顏色表示，符合227IEC（棕、藍、黑、黃綠）
     黑色數(shù)字白色號碼編號，符合EM50214標準（如含黃綠接地線請說明）
護套：耐油、阻燃、彈性pvc專用護套或灰色（RAL7001）、黑色（RAL9005）。在室外使用時必須事先說明。

如起重機的使用情況如下時：
起重電纜是一字型排列時
1，自由使用長度大于35M;
2,運行速度大于1.6M/s
應(yīng)考慮在電纜中增加承力元件，承力元件一般為鍍鋅鋼絲繩或纖維繩如芳綸紗等
起重電纜是梅花排列時
1，自由懸掛長度大于80M;
2,運行速度為4.0m/s-10.0m/s;
應(yīng)考慮在電纜中增加承力元件，承力元件一般為鍍鋅軟鋼絲繩。
