性質描述: 無色結晶。熔點240℃（分解）。溶于水、醇、氨水及乙酸，不溶于醚、苯、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、二硫化碳和四氯化碳。

其水溶液或微堿性水溶液能被空氣氧化成胱氨酸，酸性溶液較為穩(wěn)定。

First Aid Measures
