The Tektronix SD20 Single Channel High-performance Sampling Head unit is a single channel, high performance 20GHz Loop-through Sampling Head.
The SD20 sampling head is designed for low loss testing in applications such as microwave systems research ａnd development, digital device charaterization ａnd high speed digital communications circuit design.
For digital communications applications, the loop-through design of the Tektronix SD20 Single Channel High-performance Sampling Head permits viewing ａnd triggering on the clock signal without the use of a power divider.
