犬細小病毒金標檢測卡說明書（CPV－－Ag）
 
【摘要】犬細小病毒病是由犬副粘病毒引起的高度接觸性、烈性傳染病。臨床上表現(xiàn)為腸炎型和心肌炎型。腸炎型多見于3-4月齡的幼犬。常表現(xiàn)為嘔吐、腹瀉、血便并帶有特殊的腥臭氣味。心肌炎多見于4-6周齡的幼犬,此型由于發(fā)病突然，病犬抵抗力弱，往往來不及確診和治療即在短時間內死亡。

【檢測原理】本試紙為免疫層析法對病毒進行雙抗體夾心檢測。檢測樣品為犬的糞便

【產(chǎn)品組成】
1、20份CPV Ag 試紙卡  
2、20份樣品稀釋液
3、20份消毒棉簽
4、一份產(chǎn)品說明書

【樣品收集及準備】
1、用生理鹽水沾濕的棉簽從直腸取樣，或從新鮮糞便中直接取樣；
2、采集樣品時注意多部位同時收集新鮮及有效樣品，充分在試管中攪拌稀釋；靜置5分鐘，用一次性滴管取上清液；
3、樣品一般須當即進行檢測，否則應冷藏保存，超過24小時的，應該冷凍保存。

檢測步驟
1、試紙條恢復室溫；
2、取出試紙，開封后平放在桌面，從滴管中緩慢而準確地逐滴加入4-5滴混合液。
3、加樣品液后，紅色的液體從靠樣品孔的觀察窗邊緣涌出，朝另一方向流動。
4、 5-10分鐘后判斷結果。

【結果判定】
陽性（+）：當位置C顯示出紅色線條，而位置T同時顯示出紅色線條時，判為陽性。
陰性（-）：當位置C顯示出紅色線條，而位置T不顯色時，判為陰性。
無效：當位置C不顯示出紅色線條，則無論位置T顯示出紅色線條與否，判為無效。

【注意事項】
1．僅用作體外診斷。
2．注意樣品具有潛在傳染性，注意防止交叉感染。
3．該試紙及配套試管、棉簽均為一次性產(chǎn)品，不可交叉及重復使用。
4．包裝袋破損或產(chǎn)品過期請勿使用。

【保存及有效期限】
室溫保存，不可冷凍。有效期18個月。
 
 
Canine Par Rapid Test Card
【Introduce 】
Canine parvovirus type 2 （CPV-2） is a highly contagious ａnd serious disease caused by a virus that attacks the gastrointestinal tract of puppies, dogs, ａnd wild canids （e.g. foxes, wolves, coyotes）. It also can damage the heart muscle in very young ａnd unborn puppies. The most common form of the disease is the intestinal form known as enteritis. Parvovirus enteritis is characterized by vomiting （often severe）, diarrhea, dehydration, dark or bloody feces, ａnd in severe cases, fever ａnd lowered white blood cell counts. Acute parvovirus enteritis can be seen in dogs of any breed, sex, or age. most deaths from parvovirus occur within 48 to 72 hours following the onset of clinical signs. The presence of gram negative bacteria, parasites, or other viruses can worsen the severity of the disease ａnd slow recovery. A less common form of the disease causes myocarditis （inflammation of the heart）.

【Procedure】
1. Recover the dipstick to room temperature. Remove as many of the test devices
    from the foil pouches as needed for testing.
2. Using the disposable sample collection swab take a portion of secretion of eye mucus, nasal fluid. Insert the collection swab into specimen tube containing the sample diluent.
3. Mix the swab until the sample has been dissolved into the sample diluent. Discard the swab ａnd repeat procedure for each sample. Adding 4 drops containing the sample diluent into the sample-well on the card.
4. Read results after 10 minutes.

【Test Results】
Positive: The test zone ａnd control zone have a pink/purple band visible. This indicates that the presence of canine distemper virus antigens.
Negative: Only the control zone has a pink/purple band visible. The sample do not contains canine distemper virus antigens.
Void:No color reaction on C line.
  
【PRECAUTIONS】
− Handle all biological materials as though capable of transmitting CPV.
− The card with broken foil should not be used.
− Do not use components past expiration date.
− Optimal results will be obtained by strict adherence to this protocol. Careful washing ａnd pipetting throughout this procedure are necessary to maintain precision ａnd accuracy.
− Only for veterinary use.
