犬瘟熱金標(biāo)快速檢測試紙條（CDV-Ag）
 
【摘要】犬瘟熱，俗稱狗瘟，是由犬瘟熱病毒引起的一種烈性傳染病。臨床特征為雙相熱型、消化道、呼吸道炎癥，眼、鼻流出膿樣分泌物，少數(shù)病例可發(fā)生非化膿性腦炎。多發(fā)生于3-6個月齡幼犬，青年犬也有感染，潛伏期為3-6天。病毒單獨感染癥狀輕微，若繼發(fā)細(xì)菌感染癥狀加重，病死率較高。

【檢測原理】本試紙為免疫層析法對病毒進行雙抗體夾心檢測。檢測樣品為眼部及結(jié)膜分泌物，鼻液，唾液。

【產(chǎn)品組分】
1．30份CDV Ag 試紙卡       
2．30份樣品稀釋液
3．30份消毒棉簽
4．一份產(chǎn)品說明書

【保存及有效期限】室溫保存，不可冷凍。生產(chǎn)日期起18個月有效。

【樣品收集及準(zhǔn)備】
1、用生理鹽水沾濕的棉簽收集狗眼部及結(jié)膜分泌物，鼻液，唾液；
2、采集樣品時注意多部位同時收集新鮮及有效樣品，充分在試管中攪拌稀釋；；
3、靜置5分鐘，用一次性滴管取上清液；
4、樣品一般須當(dāng)即進行檢測，否則應(yīng)冷藏保存，超過24小時的，應(yīng)該冷凍保存。

【檢測步驟】
1、試紙條恢復(fù)室溫；
2、取出試紙，開封后平放在桌面，從滴管中緩慢而準(zhǔn)確地逐滴加入3-5滴混合液。
3、加樣品液后，紅色的液體從靠樣品孔的觀察窗邊緣涌出，朝另一方向流動。
4、5-10分鐘后判斷結(jié)果。

【結(jié)果判定】
陽性（+）：當(dāng)位置C顯示出紅色線條，而位置T同時顯示出紅色線條時，判為陽性。
陰性（-）：當(dāng)位置C顯示出紅色線條，而位置T不顯色時，判為陰性。
無效：當(dāng)位置C不顯示出紅色線條，則無論位置T顯示出紅色線條與否，該試劑盒判為無效。
 
【注意事項】
1．僅用作體外診斷。
2．注意樣品具有潛在傳染性，注意防止交叉感染。
3．該試紙及配套試管、棉簽均為一次性產(chǎn)品，不可交叉及重復(fù)使用。
4．包裝袋破損或產(chǎn)品過期請勿使用。

Canine Distemper Virus Rapid Test Card

【Introduce】
Canine distemper is caused by the canine distemper virus （CDV）.It is a contagious, incurable, often fatal, multisystemic viral disease that affects the respiratory, gastrointestinal, ａnd central nervous systems. Infected dogs shed the virus through bodily secretions ａnd excretions, especially respiratory secretions. Young puppies between 3 ａnd 6 months old are most susceptible to infection ａnd disease ａnd are more likely to die than infected adults.

【Principle】
The test card is based on immunochromatography of double-antibody sandwich. Testing sample is the eye ａnd conjunctival secretions,nasal fluid.

【Content】
1 CDV diagnostic Card: 30 pcs           2 Dilution Buffer: 30 pcs
3 Swab: 30 pcs                         4 Instruction: 1 insert

【Procedure】
1. Recover the dipstick to room temperature. remove as many of the test devices from the foil pouches as needed for testing.
2.Using the disposable sample collection swab take a portion of secretion of eye mucus,nasal fluid.ｉnsert the collection swab into specimen tube containing the sample diluent.
3.Mix the swab until the sample has been dissolved into the sample diluent.Discard the swab ａnd repeat procedure for each sample. Adding 4 drops containing the sample diluent into the sample-well on the card.
4. Read results after 10 minutes.

【Results】
Positive:The test zone ａnd control zone have a pink/purple band visible.This indicates that the presence of canine distemper virus antigens.
Negative:Only the control zone has a pink/purple band visible.The sample do not contains canine distemper virus antigens.
Void:No color reaction on C line.
Positive         Negative

【Precautions】
− Handle all biological materials as though capable of transmitting CDV.
− Do not eat, drink, smoke or prepare foods, or apply cosmetics within the designated work area.
− Do not use components past expiration date.
− Optimal results will be obtained by strict adherence to this protocol. Careful washing  and  pipetting throughout this procedure are necessary to maintain precision ａnd accuracy.
