We have integrated the most common functions of a big continuous operated Pilot Plant in their bench top designed Micro Reactor Pilot Plant.

Range:

operation pressure: max. 2.000 bar；

operation temperature：max. 750℃；

material: stainless steel, hastelloy, incoloy, inconel, tantalum, titanium and others ；

Operation parameters:

Design and capacity of a pilot plant follow the needs of the customers processes.
Important criteria are for example:

the desired output of the hydrogenation process and the rate
of reaction, which determine:
the volume of the reactor resp. the catalyst
the height of the catalyst packing
the required process temperature and pressure
the required product-quality

Alternatives of Construction:

1 or 2 reactors
1, 2 or more gas feeding channels
1,2 or more liquid feeding channels
samling systems and many other options
continuous operation mode is possible
