The HCl Hydrolysis System provides an easy method for performing total fat/oil analysis. The hydrolysis system eliminates the need for elaborate venting systems as the hydrolysis takes place in a closed system. Internal computer controls guide the user through the set-up and push button automation eliminates technician variability. Up to twenty samples can be processed at a time and made ready for the final extraction using any of the extraction systems. This system will increase your throughput while reducing counter space and eliminating vent hood requirements.
