同浴除油劑PreTrit®HT-120T主要成份為特殊脂肪酸衍生物與表面活性劑復(fù)配而成，具有優(yōu)異的除油污能力和乳化分散能力，適用于棉，滌綸及其混紡等織物的處理除油，特別適用滌綸染色同浴除油。

產(chǎn)品性能：
1.具有優(yōu)異的除油污能力和乳化分散能力，(蠟及織、紡造成的油污),并保持這些污漬在染液中呈懸浮狀態(tài),避免再次沾污，尤其適用練染同浴處理；
2.其中的化學(xué)成份可幫助避免滌綸低聚物的積淀,也可以在使用已久的機(jī)缸中去除已積淀的低聚物；
3.具有優(yōu)異的滲透性可用于棉織物的精練處理，在緊密織物中可表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的滲透濕潤(rùn)性；
4.在同浴染色中不會(huì)對(duì)分散染料、直接染料、酸性(金屬絡(luò)合)染料的得色率和提升率產(chǎn)生不利影響，沒(méi)有消色和阻染現(xiàn)象發(fā)生。

Same bath degreaser PreTrit ® HT-120T is mainly composed of special fatty acid derivatives ａnd surfactants, which have excellent oil removal ability ａnd emulsifying ａnd dispersing ability. It is suitable for pre-treatment oil removal of fabrics such as cotton, polyester, ａnd their blends, especially suitable for polyester dyeing ａnd one bath oil removal.

Product performance:
1. It has excellent ability to remove oil stains ａnd emulsify ａnd disperse (oil stains caused by wax, weaving, ａnd spinning), ａnd maintains these stains in a suspended state in the dyeing solution to avoid re contamination, especially suitable for pre-treatment in the same bath for scouring ａnd dyeing;
2. The chemical composition can help avoid the accumulation of polyester oligomers, ａnd can also remove accumulated oligomers in the engine cylinder that has been used for a long time;
3. It has excellent permeability ａnd can be used for the refining treatment of cotton fabrics, exhibiting excellent permeability ａnd wettability in tight fabrics;
4. In the same bath dyeing process, there will be no adverse effects on the color yield ａnd improvement rate of dispersed dyes, direct dyes, ａnd acidic (metal complex) dyes, ａnd there will be no phenomenon of fading or blocking.
