產(chǎn)品采用動物骨源為蛋白質(zhì)酶解的原料，經(jīng)復(fù)合酶酶解，內(nèi)含大分子的蛋白質(zhì)，示胨，胨，多肽，氨基酸等，為微生物的生長營養(yǎng)提供氮源。 

 應(yīng) 用：

 一般微生物培養(yǎng)基檢測試劑用原材料。各類**，菌菇類發(fā)酵
