煙酰胺原料藥包裝：25kg/桶

特性：煙酰胺原料藥為白色或淺黃色晶體或晶體性粉末。煙酰胺無臭或稍帶氣味。味微酸。1%水溶液的pH值3.0~4.0。等電點4.23~4.25。λmax在pH值1.28~1.30之間都為261.5nm。無吸濕性。干燥狀態(tài)極穩(wěn)定，水溶液中亦相當穩(wěn)定。在稀酸或堿性溶液中幾乎分解。易溶于沸水和沸乙醇煙酰胺用途：營養(yǎng)強化劑。發(fā)色助劑。煙酰胺對生物體內(nèi)代謝有重要意義。煙酰胺也可由腸內(nèi)細菌合成。又可由體內(nèi)的色氨酸生成。煙酰胺一般不易引起缺乏癥。但以玉米之類不含煙酸的食品，或以含煙酸代謝拮抗物質(zhì)的食品為主食時，往往發(fā)生缺乏而導致糙皮病。
