產(chǎn)品性質(zhì)：甘露醇原料藥是白色針狀結(jié)晶。熔點166，相對密度1.52，1.489（20℃），沸點290-295℃（467kPa）。1g該品可溶于約5.5ml水(約18%，25℃)、83ml醇，較多地溶于熱水，溶于吡啶和苯胺，不溶于醚。水溶液呈酸性。甘露醇是山梨糖醇的異構(gòu)化體，山梨糖醇的吸濕性很強(qiáng)，而該品完全沒有吸濕性。甘露醇有甜味，其甜度相當(dāng)于蔗糖的70%。

用途：甘露醇在醫(yī)藥上是良好的利尿劑，降低顱內(nèi)壓、眼內(nèi)壓及治療腎藥、脫水劑、食糖代用品、也用作藥片的賦形劑及固體、液體的稀釋劑。 用于樹脂和藥品的合成;脫水藥、利尿藥。治療腦水腫及青光眼、急性少尿、預(yù)防急性腎功能衰竭，治療腎病綜合癥水腫。 活動性顱內(nèi)出血者禁用注射液(開顱手術(shù)除外)。   .
