鹽酸賽庚啶原料藥作用：抗凝血、抗過敏類新藥。可用于蕁麻疹、濕疹、過敏性和接觸性皮炎、皮膚瘙癢等過敏反應。蕁麻疹、濕疹、過敏性和接 觸性皮炎、皮膚瘙癢、鼻炎、偏頭痛、支氣管哮喘等。也可用于柯興病和肢端肥大癥。為H1受體拮抗劑，作用較氯苯那敏、異丙嗪強，并有中度抗5－羥色胺作用和抗膽堿作用。另外，臨床發(fā)現(xiàn)，賽庚啶還有 治療流行性腮腺炎等多種新用途，研究表明鹽酸賽庚啶的H1拮抗作用比撲爾敏強5倍以上。
