 應(yīng)用：氯硝柳胺是一種殺鰻劑（Iampricide），也是一種滅螺劑（molluscicide）， 它也用于商業(yè)養(yǎng)魚溏，可以在魚溏換新水之前殺死和清除不想要的魚. 氯硝柳胺對(duì)于魚類毒性很大，但在水中只有很短的半衰期，使用這種殺魚劑之后只需要過幾天就可以放入新魚。

藥劑說明

功能主治： 本品口服不易吸收，在腸中保持高濃度，可殺死絳蟲的頭節(jié)和近段，臨床上用以驅(qū)除牛肉絳蟲、豬肉絳蟲和短膜殼絳蟲，效力比檳榔、南瓜子顯著。又用作滅螺劑，在百萬分之0.2～0.5的濃度時(shí)，能殺滅釘螺及血吸蟲尾蚴、毛蚴，用量為體表面積1g/m2。 本品對(duì)溫血?jiǎng)游锛爸参餆o害，唯對(duì)魚類有毒。本品還可制成涂敷劑，用于下水前涂于皮膚以預(yù)防急性血吸蟲感染和稻田皮炎。

用法用量： （1）抗牛絳蟲及豬絳蟲口服（宜嚼碎吞服），1次1g，隔1小時(shí)1次，共2次。 （2）抗短膜殼絳蟲第1日一次1g，隔1小時(shí)1次，共2次，第2日起1次1g，連服6～8日。 （3）宜在早晨空腹服用服藥時(shí)，應(yīng)將藥片充分咬碎后吞下，并應(yīng)盡量少喝水，使藥物能在十二指腸上部達(dá)到較高濃度。第2次服藥后2小時(shí)需服硫酸鎂導(dǎo)瀉。

不良反應(yīng)： 頭暈、胸悶、胸痛、乏力、胃腸不適、發(fā)熱、搔癢等。

注意事項(xiàng)： （1）有輕微頭暈、胸悶、腹部不適或腹痛、發(fā)熱、瘙癢等。 （2）可與甲氧氯普胺（滅吐靈）合服，以防止節(jié)片被消化散出的蟲卵因嘔吐逆流入胃及十二指腸而引起囊蟲病。
