【藥理作用】

本品為血管收縮藥。鹽酸萘甲唑啉又名鼻眼凈，是目前醫(yī)院的耳鼻咽喉科和眼科常用的一種血管收縮劑，屬擬腎上腺素藥，有較強(qiáng)的收縮血管及升壓作用，對中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)有抑制作用，通過收縮局部血管，在發(fā)生炎癥的局部病變組織起到消炎鎮(zhèn)痛的作用，并可消除由于疲勞或其他原因引起的充血。臨床上用于治療傷風(fēng)、急慢性鼻炎、過敏性結(jié)膜炎、過敏性及炎性鼻充血等癥。局部長期使用會導(dǎo)致用藥部分血流過少，從而引起抵抗力減退，造成二重感染。不能內(nèi)服。滴藥過多或藥液濃度過高均可引起中毒。對小兒尤應(yīng)謹(jǐn)慎，嬰兒、高血壓、甲狀腺功能亢進(jìn)者慎用，萎縮性鼻炎者禁用。滴藥的間隔時間，不少于4~6小時。
