一．應用范圍
本儀器用于將氣態(tài)樣品批量自動-進樣至氣體分析儀。進樣點位數(shù)量高度定制化，可加掛*多6個采樣氣袋。樣品氣被一臺真空泵由氣袋輸送至分析儀中的氣體進樣閥中。
This instrument is used to automatically sample gaseous samples into the gas analyzer. The number of sample points is highly customized, ａnd up to 6 sample air bags can be added. The sample gas is transported by a vacuum pump from the air bag to the gas sample valve in the analyzer.
二．儀器特點
1.多位選擇閥，可進行6位氣袋進樣。
Multi-position valve, 6 positions.
2.能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對各品牌分析儀進行自動進樣控制，提高分析效率。支持的品牌包括但不限于安捷倫、美國熱電、PE、島津等。
The auto sampler is compatible with multiple analyzer brands, including
Agilent, Thermo, PE, Shimadzu ａnd etc.
3.具備彩色液晶顯示屏，能夠清楚的顯示儀器系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)
Instrument status clearly indicate at instument panel ａnd analyzer, sampling or
idle.
4.進樣口為標準1/8”穿板卡套接頭，更可根據(jù)用戶需求定制。
Standard 1/8” bulkhead connections, can be customized according to user
needs.
5.自動吹掃，反吹系統(tǒng)， 減少交叉污染
Auto system purge/ backflush function to prevent cross contamination.
6.使用真空隔膜泵進樣，確保極佳的進樣重現(xiàn)性。
Use diaphragm vacuum pump, ensure repeatability.
7.使用外徑為1/16”的樣品管路連接至分析儀的氣體進樣閥。

8.實現(xiàn)進樣全自動化，提高分析效率。

9.可控制進樣順序、重復次數(shù)、單次進樣時長、反吹時長，顯示當前進樣狀態(tài)等。
