美國(guó)柯惠抗血栓壓力泵系統(tǒng)Kendall SCD™ 700 Series Controller抗血栓感應(yīng)壓力系統(tǒng)包括三個(gè)組成部分：主機(jī)、獨(dú)立連接管、腿套或腳套。

多合一主機(jī)：

1. *適合壓力模式：
①梯度壓力：腳踝45mmHg ，小腿40mmHg ，大腿30mmHg ，保證血液?jiǎn)蜗蛄鲃?dòng)；
②圓周壓力：通過(guò)充氣腿套對(duì)腿部進(jìn)行圓周壓力，有效清除靜脈瓣后血液瘀積；
③連續(xù)壓力：壓力循環(huán)內(nèi)，先對(duì)腳踝腔充氣，保持適當(dāng)壓力的同時(shí)再對(duì)小腿腔充氣，達(dá)到適合壓力后再對(duì)大腿腔充氣，*后三個(gè)腔達(dá)到各自設(shè)定壓力后完成壓力循環(huán)，從而避免靜脈瓣受損，清空腿部血液，確保血流速度穩(wěn)定在一個(gè)較高的水平。

1、ICU，骨科，普外科，婦科，整形外科，神外，泌尿外等；
2、臥床或制動(dòng)時(shí)間超過(guò)72小時(shí)；
3、年齡超過(guò)60歲；
4、多發(fā)性創(chuàng)傷特別是盆腔、髖部或下肢骨折，脊髓損傷導(dǎo)致截癱，偏癱；
5、大中型手術(shù)中及術(shù)后；
6、靜脈血管損傷如靜脈曲張、靜脈炎患者；
7、血液粘稠度增高者如嚴(yán)重感染、脫水患者；
