PC增韌擴鏈劑MDS601
PC回收再利用已成為高分子應用領域的一大研究課題，PC再生料已經(jīng)發(fā)生部分降解，性能有不同程度劣化，因此使用再生PC會影響產(chǎn)品性能及質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性。
擴鏈劑是市場推出的一種新型塑料添加劑，它具有在擠出過程中能使低分子應用鏈重新新反應連接形成高分子鏈的功能，從而達到提高或恢復材料各項性能的作用。
當使用簡單的加工設備加工添加了MDS601后，低特性粘度IV的縮聚樹脂，將增加IV 15-40%，并產(chǎn)生以下效果：
提高分子量，增加熔體粘度;
提高對水解作用的穩(wěn)定性;
改進再造粒、再利用材料的加工穩(wěn)定性;
提高熔體強度，提高薄膜吹塑的生產(chǎn)率;
改善不同縮聚物材料之間的相容性;

The recovery ａnd reuse of PC has become a major research topic in the field of polymer application. The recycled PC has been partially degraded ａnd its performance has been degraded in varying degrees. Therefore, the use of recycled PC will affect the performance ａnd quality stability of the product.
Chain extender is a new plastic additive introduced by the market. It has the function of reconnecting the application chain of low molecular weight to form a polymer chain during extrusion, so as to improve or restore the properties of the material.
When MDS601 is added to the process using simple processing equipment, the low intrinsic viscosity IV Polycondensation resin will increase the IV15-40, with the following effects:
Increasing molecular weight ａnd melt viscosity;
Improving the stability of hydrolysis;
Improving the regranulation ａnd reusing the processing stability of the material;
Increasing the melt strength ａnd the productivity of film blow molding;
