本機(jī)用于桃酥餅干輥印脫模成形。將調(diào)粉機(jī)已調(diào)好的面團(tuán)，通過兩滾筒擠壓滾印成各種形狀及不同克數(shù)的餅干生坯。本機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，分離刀裝有調(diào)節(jié)裝置，調(diào)到*佳位置。輥印輥滾經(jīng)特殊設(shè)計(jì)，克服分離刀磨損不均勻的現(xiàn)象，換輥取出近垂直位置，更換方便。本機(jī)分為盤式用熱風(fēng)旋轉(zhuǎn)爐烘烤與隧道爐直接烘烤。This machine is used for roller printing ａnd forming of walnut sweet cake, which makes semi-finished biscuits of various shape ａnd weight through roller printing.This machine is simple in structure.
