It is recommended to use PBS to dilute the sealed serum stock solution 5-20 times, prepare it into a working solution of 5% -20%, ａnd directly drip it onto tissue slices or cell smears. Incubate at 37 ℃ for 10 to 30 minutes, remove the serum, do not wash it, ａnd drip an appropriate proportion of diluted primary antibody working solution. Incubate at 37 ℃ for 1-2 hours or 4 ℃ overnight. Note: The serum used for blocking cannot contain the target protein ａnd is different from the source of the first antibody. Blocking serum from the same source as the second antibody can be used.
