以無牛病的牛腦提取粗提物，制備內(nèi)皮細胞生長因子的方法是根據(jù)Maciag等的方法（1979）修改過的，內(nèi)皮細胞生長因子以無菌凍干粉（從含有氯化鈉和硫酸鏈霉素的溶液中無菌凍干）的形式供應，每瓶含有6 mg蛋白質(zhì)。

1.Cat# 300-090：純ECGF。 由于肝素增強了ECGF粗制劑的有絲分裂活性：

2.Cat#300-090H：補充了帶肝素的ECGF (2.5 mg肝素/mg ECGF)。

3.Cat# 300-090-B：是ECGF pro 1，用于血液及微血管內(nèi)皮細胞（BECs、HMEC）的培養(yǎng)，ECGF pro 1補充重組人VEGF 165（終濃度:10ng/ml）。本品也可補充肝素（Cat# 300-090H-B）。

ECGF用于人微血管內(nèi)皮細胞（HMEC）培養(yǎng)的合適濃度范圍是100-300 μg/ml，加入肝素（50 μg/ml）后的合適濃度范圍是10-20 μg/ml。ECGF pro 1因子和牛ECGF pro 2因子對小鼠細胞，牛細胞和人細胞起作用。

*每瓶中含有足夠多的生長因子添加物和VEGF-A或VEGF-C，可以為血液或者淋巴內(nèi)皮細胞提供合適生長環(huán)境。
