XIIa的抑制劑包括 C1-INH、α2-抗纖溶酶、α2-巨球蛋白和抗凝血酶 III。在生理濃度下,這些抑制劑的相對(duì)有效性分別為 91 : 4.5 : 3 : 1.5。 C1-INH與XII的比例與因子VII的“冷激活”和血漿儲(chǔ)存過程中腎素原向腎素的轉(zhuǎn)化有關(guān)。人因子 XII是通過免疫親和層析從新鮮冷凍血漿中制備的,并以50%(體積/體積)甘油/水的形式提供,可在-20℃下儲(chǔ)存。
