因子Ⅹ缺乏:有先天性和后天性兩類,男女均可患病。因子Ⅹ合成于肝臟,合成時(shí)需要維生素K作為輔酶。在維生素 K缺乏和嚴(yán)重肝病患者此因子合成不良。雙香豆素過(guò)量,淀粉樣變性及彌漫性血管內(nèi)凝血病人中此因子常減少。
任何一種復(fù)合物激活人因子X都會(huì)導(dǎo)致cooh末端重鏈Arg52-Ile53的裂解,隨后釋放52個(gè)氨基酸的激活糖肽。然后,Xa因子作為凝血酶原復(fù)合物的酶組分,負(fù)責(zé)將凝血酶原快速轉(zhuǎn)化為凝血酶。玻璃殘基使因子X/Xa以鈣依賴的方式結(jié)合磷脂(即細(xì)胞表面);凝血酶原復(fù)合體組裝的必要條件。
