程序性細胞死亡配體1（PD-L1），也稱為B7-H1或CD274，是一種B7家族蛋白，參與調(diào)節(jié)和減弱適應性免疫應答和外周T細胞耐受性。1、2、3、4它是一種290個氨基酸的I型跨膜蛋白，在人類中由CD274編碼，一個IgV樣結構域，一個IgC樣結構域、一個跨膜結構域和一個細胞質(zhì)尾部。PD-L1在T和B細胞、樹突狀細胞、巨噬細胞和調(diào)節(jié)性T細胞（Tregs）以及多種非造血細胞中組成性表達，并被IFN-γ上調(diào)，抑制T細胞增殖、遷移和細胞因子產(chǎn)生。PD-L1也在多種腫瘤細胞中異常表達，腫瘤組織中PD-L1的表達與腎細胞癌患者的不良預后相關。含有PD-L1阻斷抗體的制劑已用于治療多種癌癥。Cayman的PD-L1/CD274兔單克隆抗體（APC）由與別藻藍蛋白（APC）綴合的PD-L1/CD274單克隆抗體組成，可用于流式細胞術。
