圖2：使用1000ng/mL的B細胞活化試驗對連續(xù)7個生產(chǎn)批次的MEGACD40L®進行測試。圖1：通過MEGACD40L®（ALX-522-110）激活B細胞淋巴細胞。方法：將外周血單核細胞（PBMC）在37°C、5%CO2下在48孔板（1 x 106個細胞/孔）中孵育48小時。每個孔含有200µl無血清測試培養(yǎng)基和連續(xù)稀釋的MEGACD40L®。處理后，清洗細胞，用小鼠抗人CD19–PE和小鼠抗人CD 86–APC雙重染色，并通過流式細胞術(shù)進行分析。數(shù)據(jù)以每種MEGACD40L®濃度下共染色為CD86陽性的CD19陽性B細胞的百分比表示。
