在大腸桿菌中產(chǎn)生的艾美捷——重組人堿性成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子是個(gè)單的、非糖基化的多肽鏈，包含154個(gè)氨基酸，分子量為17.2kDa。FGF-b通過有色譜技術(shù)進(jìn)行純化。

艾美捷重組人堿性成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子基本參數(shù)：

來源：大腸桿菌。

外表：無菌過濾白色凍干（凍干）粉末。

配方：將蛋白質(zhì)從濃度為1mg/ml的濃縮溶液中凍干，溶液為20mmTris-HCl，pH7。4和1M氯化鈉。

溶解度：建議在不低于100µg/ml的無菌18MΩ-cm H2O中重組凍干的堿性成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子，然后將其進(jìn)步稀釋到其他水溶液中。

穩(wěn)定性：凍干的成纖維細(xì)胞生長因子-2雖然在室溫下穩(wěn)定3周，但應(yīng)在-18°C以下干燥保存。重組后，FGF-b應(yīng)在2-7天之間在4°C下保存，以備將來在-18°C以下使用。對于長期儲存，建議添加載體蛋白（0.1%HSA或BSA）。請避免凍融循環(huán)。

純度：經(jīng)SDS-PAGE分析，大于98.0%。

生物活性：由小鼠balb/c 3T3細(xì)胞的劑量依賴性增殖計(jì)算的ED50<0.1ng/ml，對應(yīng)于graeter的比活性小于1.0x107單位/mg。
