Nexus 不用活化的固相萃取柱，應(yīng)用系列
----直接上樣的SPE新產(chǎn)品：、簡單
Nexus是一種革命性的新型吸附劑，它不僅加快了樣品的制備速度，而且大大簡化了制備的步驟。NC-SPE（non-conditioned不用活化的固相萃取）是SPE應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域中的者。也正是這樣一種單吸附劑單方法的固相萃取，才能真正體現(xiàn)快速，。吸附劑的開發(fā)也正是響應(yīng)藥物開發(fā)-大比例篩選，如LC-MS，所用溶劑的不斷變更和對安全的進(jìn)一步需求。
使用Nexus，只需要下面簡單的三步方法
1. 上樣，將1ml血清樣品直接放在干的吸附劑床體上（有時(shí)需要在樣品中加入20m磷酸以防止蛋白質(zhì)的凝結(jié)）
2. 用水淋洗，用1ml去離子水進(jìn)行沖洗（或低有機(jī)溶劑）
3. 有機(jī)溶劑洗脫，用1ml甲醇洗脫，收集洗脫液濃縮干燥后再分析
